Indian Quality Assurance Council (IQAC) is shortly bringing an Accreditation Management System for Indian Universities, Higher and Technical Education Institutions and Colleges offering various types of Diploma to Degree level institutions at Bachelors, Masters and Doctoral (PhD) level programs in disciplines as diverse as Management and Engineering, Computer Science, IT and Hotel & Catering Management, to Arts, Science, Commerce, Business, Law and Liberal Arts. The list of almost endless and growing with the rapid rise in Online Education Post-COVID19 Pandemic.

The Accreditation Management System is being brought in collaboration with InPods’s robust, secured, cloud-based IT Platform originating in The United States of America (USA) and India, by Indian IT experts together.

IQAC’s innovation system partner will serve as a single-point Accreditation related Documents Creation and Storage System for a University, Faculty, College, Institution or Integrated Academic Campus. The most modern and easy-to-manage online system will empower Education Institutions to compile the required data, conduct analysis and prepare vital documents in the format required for NAAC and/or NBA Accreditation in about 6 months (which if manually prepared, has typically taken 1 to 2 years for some institutions!). Such is the power of IQAC-AMS Platform.

Training shall be provided online to use this dynamic system, which shall be updated as per the NAAC / NBA requirements in future.

2020 IQAC Quality Award for Higher Education

However, you are welcome to Apply for one of the most prestigious 2020 Higher Education Quality Awards in University, Higher and Technical Education in India.

1. Individual Award:

Apply / send Nomination by email only, attaching (1) Biodata (PDF) with Passport size Photo, (2) Proof of Processing Changes remitted Online, and (3) One to two-page write-up (PDF) on Plain Paper titled, “My Contribution to Improve the Quality / Accreditation of My Institution”.

2. Institutional Award:

Apply / send Nomination by email only, attaching (1) Biodata (PDF) with Passport size Photo (2) Proof of Processing Changes remitted Online, and (3) Ten to twenty-page Report (PDF) with cover letter on Institutional Letterhead, the Report titled, “Institutional Strategy, Process and Achievements to Improve the Quality / Accreditation of My Institution”.

Processing Charges with an Award Application: (Refundable, in case the Applicant is not selected for an Award, as a part of IQAC Ethics Policy).

Individual Award Application: INR 3,000 only. Institutional Award Application: INR 10,000 only.

Refund Policy: Selection of Awardees shall be entirely at the discretion of IQAC (The Council) appointed Distinguished Panel of Judges, and binding to all concerned. If an individual or institution is not selected for an Award, the Processing charges paid, shall be refunded in 30 days from the date of Award ceremony to be declared. No questions asked!

The processing charges need to be sent only through Online Bank Remittance to the sponsoring Trust of IQAC Council in favour of:

There is no restriction on Individual Award as well as Institutional Award Application from the same recognized University, Higher Education Institution, College or School. However, only Certificate Awarding institutions, non-degree awarding institutions and unrecognized academic institutions are not eligible to apply for these Awards, although we do respect their contribution as important for the Nation Building.

Last date/s for Receiving 2020 Award Application and Award Ceremonies:

Award Application Last Date is: 30th October, 2020.

Award ceremony for 2020 IQAC Quality Awards for Higher Education is proposed to be organised online or at a prestigious location in New Delhi or Gujarat State in November-December depending on the favourable circumstances post-COVID.
